Having practiced judo and fitness, these disciplines allowed me to reach a level of international competition. Cooking being one of my passions, I have learnt how to marry the culinary art with the sport practiced. My experience has led me to an obvious fact: our physical and psychic performances are largely a reflection of what we put on our plates.
