The benefits of healthy eating
Culinary services are not limited to meal planning. Like physical training, achieving your goals is closely linked to developing good eating habits and some culinary and dietetic skills. Regardless of the number of workouts, 80% of your physical transformation will depend on a suitable and disciplined diet. It is ridiculous to train 5 times a week if each session ends up with a six-pack of beer and two hamburgers. We consume an average of 14 meals per week. Training or diet? Which of the two requires more investment? Which has the greatest impact on our health?
Good nutrition describes the art of organizing one's diet for a specific purpose while maintaining good health. It is this oriented choice that constitutes the diet or diet in the primary sense of the word. Diet is to food what training is to exercise.

This is why I attach as much importance to nutrition as to training:
- Types of diet (low carb, ketogenic, vegan, raw food, etc.)
- The origin of products according to the seasons
- Allergens such as gluten or lactose
- Cooking methods and fundamentals
- “Superfoods”
- Organization according to our rhythm of life
- A diet adapted to our energy expenditure
- Pleasure despite restrictions
It's hard to find your way around in an era where science and food trends are evolving exponentially, sometimes wrongly, sometimes rightly, chasing away the classic concepts that have guided the work of nutritionists until now. The coach's job is to give you a clear line and simple strategies that can be applied on a daily basis.
Through group or private lessons, I will teach you to master these different aspects to meet your needs. A calendar will soon be put online, in order to offer you different themes in which you could participate by reservation.
Diet and dietetic cooking
Depending on our pace of life and individual preferences, it is not easy to find the necessary balance that simultaneously contributes to well-being and physical fitness.
Below I offer you a series of training courses that will allow you to learn how to combine your preferences with the requirements of your training objectives:
Flexivore
This diet integrates all food categories in a balanced way. The goal is to select as many raw, fresh and seasonal foods as possible, and to apply the right culinary method to prepare them. False-friend foods as well as processed or refined products should be avoided.
Vegetarian/Vegan
All animal meats are excluded and, in its vegan version, any source of animal origin. These generally very alkaline diets tend to improve recovery and limit inflammation. The challenge in maintaining a diet of this nature in the long term is to be creative in order to circumvent the risks of nutritional deficiencies and taste boredom.
Low carbs/ketogenic
This method, particularly suited to weight loss, involves the total or partial elimination of carbohydrates. However, the absence of starchy foods creates a void in the plate that should be filled by taking care of the carbohydrate load of the replacement foods.
Young intermittent
Easy to apply and practiced for weight loss and a whole range of physiological benefits, this diet nevertheless requires a certain amount of discipline so as not to encroach on your sporting performance.
Raw food
A dietary practice based exclusively on a diet without cooking, the raw food diet is particularly nutritional, prebiotic, known for its satiety effect and for stimulating weight loss. Methods such as fermentation, marinades, germination and dehydration are good tools to avoid the risks of dietary routines.
Dry and gain muscle mass
A term widely discussed in bodybuilding that implies a very rigorous lifestyle and diet regardless of the diet chosen. The selection and quality of the type of food is essential and not all of the diets mentioned above are suitable for this purpose.

What is the difference between a nutritionist and a dietitian?
In Switzerland, the difference lies in legal recognition and qualifications. The title of dietician is protected, with specific training and membership in the ASDD. On the other hand, the title of "nutritionist" is not officially recognized, without specific requirements or reimbursement by insurance.
