Principle and method of personal training
My method focuses on two fundamental aspects, stability and posture, to which are added mental conditioning and nutrition.
Over the years, both out of habit and due to professional constraints, we tend to neglect our posture to the detriment of our joints and our muscular balance. The first step in a fitness program is therefore to discipline your posture.
Stability is a general term that includes coordination, flexibility, mobility, balance and core strength. All of these skills can be improved and rebalanced with training tailored to each individual's specific needs. In each session, I strive to integrate this essential dimension into all of my training programs in order to ensure optimal progress for my clients.
While stability and posture are the essential foundations to ensure effective and balanced progress, this foundation can only bear fruit if accompanied by mental conditioning, that is to say, discipline, regularity and perseverance. Whether the goal is sports performance, weight loss or muscle hypertrophy, these three factors are essential to ensure an exponential curve of performance.
Every step forward in your training will bring you closer to your goals and my job is to teach you the skills you need to achieve them.
