The first 60-minute individual session can be done at your home or in a fitness center. It will allow you to carry out a general assessment and define the training program best suited to your goals.
The 10-session pack also provides you with nutritional monitoring and meal planning.
If you want to include meals in your program, they can be ordered before training. These menus, vacuum-packed and can be kept for several days in the fridge, are designed to meet all of your dietary needs.
If you are interested in a hands-on introduction to cooking, the catering + training option combines a 60-minute session, followed by the preparation of your meal in private.
