I work as a research scientist and I went through a stressful period in mid 2020. I decided to do some physical activity to de-stress. When I started training with Aubrey at the non stop gym, I was an absolute beginner and I didn't have the confidence to train regularly. Aubrey is a very zen coach who was able to motivate me and assess my skills from the beginning of our training, I progressed thanks to his advice and a training plan adapted to my abilities. Spending most of my days in an office or traveling for work, I was looking for a solution to keep a toned body quickly and effectively. I met Aubrey at the non-stop gym near my workplace. He convinced me that with his method and new diet, I would achieve my goals by training twice a week. Following a physical problem I was led to contact a fitness coach. At the same time I also wanted to strengthen my muscles. For my part the emphasis had to be placed mainly on a balance of exercises between care, reinforcement and progression. I found with Aubrey an attentive, professional listener, and an implementation of exercises corresponding to my wishes. However this does not mean in any way that the coach does not have requirements, yes indeed!. My goal was to reduce the chronic back pain typical of the nerd in front of his laptop, to overcome a state of anemic larva and to develop a more balanced musculature. Aubrey was able to develop a tailor-made approach that proved to be a success. The back pain has substantially decreased and I have reached a level of performance that I did not think possible. While despite regular cardio sessions, I was regularly gaining weight. I then decided to try the sessions with Aubrey. The results were immediate: thanks to regular sessions with him (twice a week), combined with his nutritional advice, I quickly lost weight, until I lost about ten kilos. Then, through training, I gained a few kilos back, but due to an increase in muscle mass, because the centimeters around my waist continued to decrease. Determined to get back into physical shape, I called on a sports coach to avoid bad posture and be efficient. After a few sessions, the desire to move returned.
